Besides my neighbor allowing their kids to play in the hallways and dog owners not picking up after them. It's an okay place to live.
Love it here
I love living here, the only thing that bothers me is people don’t clean up there dogs. By build B it smells like urine and trash be build up in the corner.

Nice apartment
So far it has been great to live in revel apartments.
Acceptable living, but needs work
Revel was initially very livable and clean. I moved in when they were first opening the building. Initially, there was tons of parking and it was great. All 4 buildings have since opened and with that there has been a lot of changes, which have not been for the better. Parking - If I pay for parking, I expect that it is enforced. People without disabilities are always parking in handicapped spots, which the building does nothing about. Furthermore, people who don't pay for parking, either tenants or friends, use paid parking spots and, again, the building does not work to improve this. Why are these people not being fined or towed is beyond me, but no one wants to live looking for a parking spot in a building they live in. Many people have several cars or motorcycles, etc, which further complicates parking. They should limit # of parking passes to the # of spots available and should place gates at each lot that need to be badged into to enter. Elevators - The building B elevator goes down for like 3-5 days every 4 months or so. It is incredibly inconvenient and, again, neglects that people with disabilities may be living in the building. With only 1 elevator per building, it makes it, for able bodied people, annoying to get up stairs. For disabled or injured people, I could not imaging what it takes to get up the 4 floors. If this happened once, fine. But its happened many times in my 1.5+ years living here. Cleaning - The housekeepers here are excellent, however, they need to be coming much more often. Revel clearly allows just anyone to sign a lease and this results in the hallways having litter, the elevators having dog pee, and human vomit both inside and outside of the building at times. This building needs to raise their standards for who they allow to sign a lease. Last summer, an unauthorized pool part occurred, and people were just breaking glass on the pool deck and into the pool causing it to be closed for a week. Staff witnessed this.
