Weve just arrived here since week. Since then its been great. The parking is good. We love that we have our own washe and dryer. Management has been ok so far. Werw just waiting on the pool to open.

I absolutely love my new home!

Good place to live

Good neighbors, Well kept space, Elevators are fixed next day if they break (rare), Pool is nice, and hallways don't smell like smoke or pet urine. Would recommend living her!

I've been here since May 2022, and I've loved it so far. I plan on renewing my lease but switching to a top floor unit. The good: + The staff and maintenance crew. Any issues I've had have been taken care of VERY quickly and professionally. + The residents. In general, people are nice, quiet, and respectful. + Location. Close to all the stores I need, and the freeway. + The apartment! Since it's new, I find that I'm spending very little on electric every month, and I run the AC at night to sleep (my Xcel is usually $28-$35 a month when it isn't super cold or hot). It stays about 68º usually. + I've never seen a spider or any bug in my apartment other than gnats + Soundproofing. Compared to previous places I've lived, these apartments seem to be pretty well sound proofed. I can hear my upstairs neighbor stepping and moving/dropping heavy things, but I think that probably depends on the individual. I can't hear their HVAC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, conversations, TVs, etc. My last place, I could hear the person below me YAWN and the music seemed to be coming from my own apartment. I hated it. The so/so: + The residents can be messy with trash. I'm in building B, and people just pile their trash near the trash chute if it gets full or stuck instead of carrying it down to the garbage room (I'm literally one floor above—people are just lazy). They also leave large furniture in the garbage room. + Parking can be rough. I'm lucky that I moved in before most folks and got a carport. There's very little parking after 8pm most nights. Most people seem to work from home I guess? Their vehicles are here all day. Folks complaining that it's expensive to live here, well, literally everything in and around the metro is this price or a lot more. It's one of the few good complexes between here and downtown. I'd prefer to live closer to downtown because that's where I work, but this is the best option I've found!
