Excellent condition and good neighbors..feel safe

I have lived here for almost 2 months and have never had a fully working kitchen. My kitchen sink has not worked properly for consecutive month. It clogs constantly amd garbage disposal never works. My oven has never worked since living here, and notifed someone directly 6/22 and multiple times since and it has never been looked at. My dishwasher lives a dishudting residue. I wash my didhes before putting them in the dishwasher and they come out dirtier after the cycle. With this issues mentioned i am unable to clean my kitchen because i cant run water in a sonk thst is backed up and has nasty sitting water, which id now making my house stink. I reached out anout the sink a week ago, emailed daily, voicemail sat, spoke directly monday, voicemsil tuesday. I do have never received access to pool or gym.
