I have not lived here for very long, but I have had a positive experience so far. I have noticed that while this complex may have limited amenities when compared to something more luxury, those that are available are pretty good. The fitness center is better than most other apartment complexes I have been at and doesn't seem to be too busy. The proximity to light rail is a major selling point, however Denver's network is not nearly as sophisticated as a city like Chicago or D.C. so a car is still required to be reasonably mobile.

So far so good, The staff in the office have been great and super helpful. This is my first experience renting an apartment and they’ve been more then helpful.

I am going on my third year of living here; I just resigned my lease. I love my individual unit. It has a lot of space to be a two-bedroom apartment. There are some things I would like to be changed but overall this is the best deal for the size of the unit I could get for the money.
