Great space and community near the Dayton light rail station

I just moved here a couple months ago and so far the community is quiet and pleasant. The exterior is nicely kempt and when we need to street park, there is usually plenty of space not too far from the house. Also, the Dayton light rail station is a short walk away, which has been a nice benefit for my teenagers who don't drive yet. The interior is open and spacious and the rooms are on the smaller size, but it works perfectly for my kids and I bc we were downsizing. The maintenance and office staff have been very helpful and attentive addressing any issues that have come up also. Overall, I am pleased and highly recommend this property.
