Dayton Station Townhomes

Weird location being so close to the RTD station, however the townhome is beautiful and quite affordable if living with roommates. About 20 minutes to get downtown if you hit every green light. Parking is the worst, only room for one in our garage and when we park on the street then thieves come into the picture. I would recommend this place, but not for the faint of hearted.

Except for the location, there is no reason staying here. No amenities or gym or pool. Overpriced rent.

Decent place but needs work

The place is super quiet and the outdoor area is very clean and well kept. However, we moved in with a few issues to the property that have still not been fixed or addressed. Our security system does not work, nor does the doorbell, the master bathroom door does not close and it looks like someone purposely tried to rig it to make it look like it closed. There is a missing light fixture in one of the stairwells as well as cigarette burns on the mirrors. While we do like the reprieve from the noise. We feel with what we are paying we should at least hear back from someone at Red Peak on when the maintenance team will come fix the issues.
