I've lived here for about ~1.5 years now and am currently upgrading to my second apartment in this complex. The staff is excellent - out of 10 stars, I would give 20 - and honestly they make this place feel more like a home than a rental complex. Obviously this comes with the territory but when things are not perfect the on-site management will do anything and everything in their power to make sure the experience is resolved in a way that benefits the residents. They are friendly, very detailed, and helpful in every way. The maintenance staff are all incredible - attentive, extremely thorough, every issue is resolved very quickly. The grounds and common areas are spotless, extremely well-kept. The area is very safe, the amenities are great, and even with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance it still has a very "homey" neighborhood vibe. After signing multiple leases at the same property I would highly recommend this to absolutely anyone. My advice to any current or future residents is just to communicate when there are problems because the people who work here really do an excellent job of making sure everyone gets what they need, mistakes happen but it's how you pivot that matters and that is what made such a lasting impression for me.

PARKING NOT TO GREAT TO MANY CARS AND PAYING FOR PARKING AND PARKING ON THE STREET CAUSE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACES IS RIDICULOUS
