Home sweet home!!!!!!

To whom it may concern, I'm going on 4 years at this location and I think that the current Management team is shofar the best and easy to work with my only real problem is the cars coming down the street at all times of day and night are very loud, we love our home here at the Point.

Place to be

The staff is quick to respond to fix problems that may occur. The property remains clean and so far the residents have been very nice. I would recommend anyone living here.

Nice Place to Live

We really enjoy living here. It's been 4 years. The property was sold, and new ownership struggled to find a good property manager for awhile. Since having Ricky on site, it's been so much better! He's a really good property manager, and that makes a big difference in your living experience at a site. He organizes community events like outdoor movie nights by the pool, food trucks, and more - which are great! Maintenance requests are always responded to quickly, and Matt does an awesome job! Fairly balancing a con side - rent increases each renewal are pretty hefty, and much higher than most rental increases on average. Landscaping looks nice, but the company hired to maintain it does a poor job, and doesn't know plants (kills them with improper sprays). Not much on site parking available, but you can park in your garage or on the street. Very convenient area. Overall, I would recommend living here. It's quiet and safe.
