Quiet Place

My family and I have lived here for almost a year and we chose to renew our lease. Overall the property is well kept and my section is quiet. Maintenance is very responsive and the new property manager Ricky is awesome. Rent is a bit pricey however that is the market now in the Denver metro area and for what I get here vs other properties it is well worth it.

Office staff

Office staff is very rude and is always closing office early. When I moved in I only received one set of keys. 3 months later and I still haven’t received the 2nd set.

Quality doesn’t match with price

I thought when I moved here it would a family place. Save and quiet buy instead there’s always cops here, very questionable people that live here that makes you question a whole lot of things.

Home at the Point

My wife and I have enjoyed living here it was new when we moved into this location, everything is close and easy to get to as far as grocery stores and local hardware stores restaurant's etc. We are now under new management so we hope to continue living here, however that depends on circumstances we don't control. however we plan to enjoy are stay and hope that rent doesn't keep rising, if that happens the value will no longer be here and we will be forced to move on. I'm not sure about the new maintenance staff yet TBD... We are proud to say that this has been home for us for almost 3 year's now.

Although many Colorado cities have no breed-specific legislation, all municipalities carry ordinances, bylaws and city codes with different standards relating to the care for animals, barking dogs, vaccinations, limits on numbers of pets, licensures, service animal rules and other issues.
