Love Living Here!

We've been here 5 years, and although the property has gone through ownership changes and multiple property managers, it's still a great place to live. Our unit was brand new when we moved in. Love that we have our own garage. Quiet location. Close to shopping. A pool for the summer months, dog spa. I do wish the rents were more affordable. They're a bit high. Especially when CAM is added on top the rent. Maintenance is handled promptly, which is a blessing. Parking is okay. Not many spots inside the community, but there seems to be ample street parking of needed. I do very much enjoy that it's a nonsmoking community! Overall, I'd recommend it.

Beautiful, Location, & Value

We have had a great experience during our stay at The Point at Biscay. It just has an at home feel marked by beauty, convenient location, and everything we would want in a home. We have resided in the community since August of 2022 and only wish we would have moved here sooner. The 2 car garages are hard to come by and are very much needed. This newly built community offers many features so many search for but cannot find all in one spot. Walk in closets, multiple bathrooms, privacy, & such a quite community that is so close to shopping are just to name a few. Do yourself a favor and take the guess work out of finding your new home and stop by Point at Biscay today!

Nice place to live!

We love living here. It's quiet and in a good location. The pool is awesome too and the manager and Maintenace are super friendly.
