Staff vs. Structure

The staff here is top-notch – friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately, the complex has a certain vintage charm (read: it's old!). Maintenance tackles issues with superhero speed, but some problems have a knack for reappearing. There was a significant pest issue earlier in my lease (thankfully resolved), but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The remodeled units are cute, but a newer place with in-unit laundry might be a more practical long-term solution.
