llevo mas de un año viviendo aca, nos gusta mucho su ubicacion, su reaccion a los mantenimientos, las comodidades de los apartamentos, nos llevamos muy bien con los vecinos, lo unico que aportaria es, seria bueno que pusieran camaras de seguridad fuera de los bloques o incluso dentro ya que en ocasiones se ven situaciones que alteran la convivencia, y en la piscina, tambien hay personas que no hacen buen uso de ella, usan vapeadores, lenguaje inapropiado cuando hay menores de edad.

The grounds are OK but living by the park and creek is great. I've been here 2 years and planning on a third. Maintenance is woefully lacking and when they do get around to something (which can take weeks) the do the work in a hap-hazard manner and apparently can't pick up after themselves or complete a job.
