A Beautiful Place to call Home

My family and I have been living here for more than a year. We highly recommend Gables Oak Creek for anyone searching for an apartment home. The amenities are superb, and always clean. The maintenance will go about and beyond to make sure that needs are met asap. Always friendly, and accommodating. The front office staff will know you on a first name basis, and always respectful, friendly, and informative with anything new on the complex. We love living here, and never have any complaints. Thank you, Liz and team for the hard work and dedication you give us here at Gables Oak Creek.

Gated community? Ridiculous charges

I’m very disappointed with the price of living here with ridiculous charges that keep occurring higher and higher each month. I don’t know how I’m going to be able to pay the monthly bills. There is no understanding and no explanations for the usage or increase in charges that are pushed upon me.

Good neighbors, nice staff. Because gates do not lock, outsiders make a mess going through trash sometimes. Gables managment is making constant upgrades to the facilities which has been very nice.
