Whenever we go and try to pay rent and utilities there are many times that we are charged twice for utilities. These errors have happened multiple times

This management is by far the worst I’ve experienced, I’m glad I moved out of this place. Once you place a maintenance order, expect at least 3 weeks before it’s fixed, if ever. They’re a really good management when it comes to wait time for issues, they’ll make you wait the most in the entire city. Once I moved out of the complex, it took them about 4 MONTHS to return my security deposit. This was after following up with them weekly and having to threaten with California law. I highly recommend living somewhere else if you want to feel respected by the management

almost 2 years of asking for the floor get change but was denied because apparently when it was remodeled I was the first pwrson to moved in how ever lots of apartments had the same problem after remodeled and they were approved to get fixed

My experience living here is nice and the area is convenient

Living here for over one year now has been pleasant overall after having the remodeling completed. The neighborhood filled up but has not felt loud at any times. The walls are thin though and it is easy to here things around you from neighbors and the apartment gets hot/cold depending on the weather outside easily. Amenities are more than awesome and parking is great. Maintenance isn't the most efficient process due to communication issues, but overall all of our tickets were fulfilled with caring contractors or on property staff.
