Stolen & Damaged Packages

Very upsetting that a someone has been stealing and our opening other people's packages. The staff doesn't seem to care whatsoever and act like they're not at least somewhat responsible. You'd think they'd be able to check the security cameras in the lobby to see who stole them. Just lousy service overall.

Disappointing

This place has been a let down. Constant issues- Ive only been here a few months and my sink drain is clogged AGAIN, constant issues with parking (key card not working, gate always busted etc), and i read on YELP that yall love to try and keep security deposits (good luck trying to keep mine). Im paying many extra fees, yet you don't keep the building up.

Noise from the residents and poor management handling it

Hi I have complained for 9 months act my neighbor upstairs now that is too noisy and Ricardo Did not even bother to Handle his issue The situation continued again this morning at 5 am he was smashing things in the bedroom and turned on the TV sipe loud and o woke up again .... at 5 am today .... As I said I don’t mind moving but my home is Fungshway so if I moved we have to find and EXACT floor plan like the one I’m in right now... this floor plan is the reason I moved form the 6th floor from the penthouse I was previously living in .... and if we were to find the exact floor plan I would have to do the whole thing form the beginning (Fungshway wise ) color walls change carpets etc etc which is no ideal situation of course and since I am not the one to causing this problem to begin with .... I am the one to deal with the consequences of someone else’s actions if this make any sense... And on top I have my parents next door so they would have to move too, to be close to me .... Sot here is 2 tenants moving not 1 .... Given these circumstances that’s why I spoke to him to turn down the noise and be mindful to begin with cause I don’t want to move.... he said yes but the situation continued .... especially because of his dog as well which he can’t help, and because of his life style in general smashing big boxes on the floor at 3 am etc etc ( I have this all in recordings I am not making this up) I have been in this apartment for 3 years I NEVER had any complains form the previous neighbors - this started in February March when he first moved in as a new tenant . So if he moves I am sure I won’t have a problem with the new tenants whoever moves there - because I never had in the past . This is a specific complain that involves his particular life style . I am not sure what he does for a living .... but is definitely his lifestyle So if he moves I am willing to take my chances on the new tenant . I understand you can’t evict people but he was u
