review

It's a lovely building with a great location and great staff. The biggest downside of this apartment block is the noise that we get from upstairs neighbors. The ceiling seems a lot less thick than how thick the walls are side to side. We can hear our neighbors walking around all the time and it's really annoying.

Great place to live

Great place to live! Very convenient in so many ways. Only complaint is that it was not clear about additional utility charges (water usages and trash removal etc.) that are averaged out for entire building

A Wonderful Place to Live

This is a great place to make a home. While it always is going to have a few neighbors that take no pride in its condition, the management team, especially this year, has been very responsive to most of my "observations" about improvements where some were needed, in the common areas. They've even let it be know which areas are about to be reconditioned. There are many fun, nice and (not surprising in West Hollywood) attractive people that live here (another amenity as far as I'm concerned!) They are dog friendly but keep tight enough rules on the size and breeds allowed to live here, so that it's very orderly and I think issues are rare. This place is fairly priced. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Finally, the staff generally treats tenants with great respect and are very quick to respond to a tenant's needs, when appropriate.
