Staff are largely dismissive and unhelpful. Certain members of the maintenance team are great (Ronal), but others are incompetent and sloppy. Amenities are great when they are open and operational. Gym is unclean most of the time. Monthly rent was increased by nearly $200 when our lease was renewed.

Brio has been a good place for me -for 4yrs. There have been many property upgrades. I especially like the prompt & professional maintenance staff.

In general it’s a good place to live, it was great if it had better tenants. Just some people trash the hollways and elevator and outside of the building and some younger tenants are so noisy and irresponsible.

Building ammenides are good, and location good. I do not think it is priced right, i also did not like the state of the unit when i moved in. The rooms should have larger windows, and units should not be over 3k for looking at a gas station

I'm forced to write this review or else i can't pay my rent. So not off to a great start there. Apartment is good and spacious, great location. Expensive, and management can be useless at times.

Lived here about 6 months and have had a great experience. Nice apartment and clean, maintenance requests are completed quickly, amenities are clean and in good condition, location is great- next to a dog friendly park and walking trail, downtown is a short walk. My only complaint is guest parking, it's difficult to find parking for visitors.
