Your towing company towed my car and charged $440 on New Year’s day. My car was parked in the assigned spot and had the sticker displayed.

There are a lot of homeless adjacent to the complex that ate involving themselves in drug activity which has cautioned many residents that used to use the trail to no longer venture on it. Although staff does address concerns of tenants not cleaning up after their dogs, many residents ignore it which is unfair on the maintenance staff to have to clean that up I think there isnt much of a staff presence on premises like it was under Monarch. I get a feeling that many resident do as they please because they know there is very limited staff present. Myself along with other tenants ive spoken to have considered early lease termination do to these offenses

we have been here for a year now and so glad to choose this place. buildings are new and clean. maintenance is really quick and helpful. office staff are responsive and nice.

Having been a tenant for 3 yrs now I do miss the property under Monarch. The staff was always available in the front office and took care of issues right away. I still have yet get a gate decal for my windshield, this has been taken about 1 year and nothing. Having someone present at the complex would make a huge difference.
