After meeting with the property manager for the third time it is always such a pleasure to be in the company of such business like and creative minds the location is exceptional thing next to a post office as well as a park and having the falafel of boutiques and shops to leisurely stroll down the street with without any worries of pollution and cars. The building itself is structurally strong and noise factors there are no no noise factors once you're in your home that's all you hear is you having the beach so close by is so amazing I can hear this the ocean at night couldn't wish for a better place to be.

A good place to live, with plenty of places nearby to go and explore and visit. Right next to the beach, restaurants, and movie theater. This is definitely a good place to enjoy downtown Ventura for living here. However parking can be difficult at times, especially when there is any kind of festival going on and partial parking is not available. It can be very frustrating during these times to need to park a block or two down the road of where I live because the festival has blocked off parking and other areas. Other than that it's a great place to live
