I was not told the depth of construction happening next door. My windows and patio area are constantly a mess and management doesnt seem to care that people are leaving the building in droves. Nearly every resident I run into is thinking of leaving in the near term. Management should be cleaning our external windows monthly and enforcing city wide noise ordinances for the crew next door. They consistently start before 7am and no one says anything.

My bicycle got stolen and security cameras are not helpful. Property manager is not helpful. The noise level is through the roof. It's too hot on the second floor and no air conditioner. The fridge is broken/cracked.
