Happy with the space we’re at, but it’s hard to maintain a backyard that has had a bad weed problem for a while, being localized on a Main Street is difficult to move around, and frankly the rental price doesn’t justify the cons. The staff does try their best to accommodate requests and that part I feel puts me at ease. Joe Kader was the one who helped us get the place when my former partner and I found it on Zillow and he is truly one of the best employees I have met, he hasn’t disappeared or make excuses like our previous landlord’s real estate agent and has put a human face for the experience, so thank you Joe!!
