I've lived at the North Village Apartment Homes for almost a year. Overall, I would say that it is deluxe over any other complex that I have leaved. Pricing is comparable but comfort is much better. I'd spend the price to have peace, quiet and comfort.

Beautiful property which can get great value if you wait for cheaper units to become available. Overall quality is great with some signs of aging as expected. The vaulted ceilings really do make the space feel much more open compared to other properties at similar prices (summer 2023).

This property comes with a nice size personal storage unit. Excellent option to have when living in an apartment. I used it to store my holiday crafts etc. Because I moved from a house I didn't miss having a garage so much although you can rent a garage that is huge. Before the pandemic I loved the community holiday parties hosted by the staff with live music and catering. I didn't like the fact that access to theater was only during office hours. This place is kid friendly. Quiet living. This is a great property and excellent neighborhood. Friendly staff. I would recommend staying here at Villas at North Village!!!
