Convenient location

Parking is only one space per apartment. You can pay $50/month extra for another space but limited extra spaces. Usually pretty quiet but some neighbors are just disruptive.

Ok for the price

Parking is not the greatest but survive. Only one parking spot per apartment. Only 3 visitor spots that cannot be parked in during office hours. Most residents are good people. Management changes a lot. On our 4th Manager since moving in.
