Love living here but very hard to love off a retired pension when ur rent is 3k not including utilities. Amenities are awesome. Very clean. Staff are wonderful.

It is a nice place to live but way overpriced, and parking is a nightmare.

Definitely the best rental unit to live at in Vacaville. However, it is the most priciest rental unit in Vacaville so that is expected. The garages are a blessing/God send. The ability to install a receptacle for EV charging is irreplaceable. It's an amazing place for family accommodations. Well done!

We have only lived in our apartment for a short time but love it so far. Great location, the staff is amazing! So far only cons are streetlamps/floodlights keep us awake sometimes and little to know extra parking.

This place is very nice and comfortable, but the price is a little too high and hard to keep up with and the parking situation is hard to deal with.
