Even after the trash gets picked up, there's still trash everywhere. It's on the ground nobody cleans it up. There have been cement piles sitting around for 2 weeks. Nobody cleans that up either.

Living here is great. Staff is friendly. Parking is okay. Amenities are also great.

The Amenities are not managed, the I've never seen anyone in the gym cleaning the equipment. The fireplace has only been cleaned once since I moved here in 2018. The carpet needs to go, filters are not changed yearly and the dryers are not maintained. There's no enforcement when people don't pick up after their pets.
