Decent place to live

Other than the washers being broken quite often and the property not being clean and tidy it’s a nice place to live. There are no managers on site for the most part, so it’s kind of a hassle in that sense.

Maintenance

Please have a designated 24 hour maintenance phone number. Because what is given on the outside of the main office from that single piece of paper is not a big help at all when we call that number for maintenance we need to leave a voicemail each time. God for bid if there’s an emergency do we have to wait a response till the next day that’s what I truly don’t understand.

Smoke/weed smell

Residents continue to smoke (weed and cigarettes) on the property. Smoking in the garage area is still the property and for those of us who would like to open our windows every once in a while we can’t for fear of the smoke smell entering our home.
