I have lived here going on 16 years. I think this complex has gone down in quality with owners and management through out the years. The diversity and age of residents has really changed. Also, this place is no longer gated,and where is the security!!?

This apartment complex has been my home for 18 years. I love the size of my apartment, the location, the amenities, and the staff. I only wish the laundry room would go back to being 24 hours.

Overall Driftwood is a nice place. I am very happy with the apartment and the staff who work here. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The floors and counters are nice. The windows could use an upgrade and central heating and cooling would be nice. The wash house in the 950 side isn’t great. A few washers need to be replaced as they aren’t working. The parking stall is nice but there aren’t a lot of open parking spots should you have visitors or an extra vehicle. Also driftwood is off of a main street and is difficult to enter an exit the parking lot due to the amount of traffic on the street.
