Been here a bit over 2 years and still like this community. Except for neighbors above me who are loud but trying to deal with it, I would recommend this community overall.
Great Complex
I enjoy living here and the amenities. The complex is quiet and the staff is very nice.
Great Location but High Rent
Located in the heart of Thousand Oaks and near the shopping malls. Wonderful pool and BBQ areas. Maintenance staff are extremely professional and quick to respond. However, office management is abrasive and rent is much higher than similar properties across the street and nearby.
