Maintain the property

long time resident. Maintenance of property has greatly deteriorated. Trim around doors and building is peeling, cracking. In some cases wood actually rotting. Gardeners continue to use blowers to merely clear off pathways and blow tree trimmings into ivy (townhome areas). Leaves are being left on hilly area in front of buildings. Buildings in need of painting to update property and give a well maintained look. Some apt have new door handles, new windows and some do not which makes apt complex look sloppy. All doors handles and window frames should be the same. If you cant change all the outdated windows at least change the door locks. Some front doors are in a complete state of disrepair (bottom of door especially) and would look much better painted a tan beige than the current pink beige.

MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY ISSUES

Outside of property is old and not maintained: Wood trim around windows and doors is in need of removal and replacement or sanding and painting. Front doors are in need of repair and painting. It has been this way for years Mulch in front of townhomes is messy and usually strewn onto the sidewalk. It should be replaced with some greenery instead giving area an esthetically pleasing look.

Safe place to live, decent community.

Quiet and safe place to live for more than 10 years. Good location and accessible to many supermarkets, malls, Church, and good drive to malibu Beach and Port Hueneme beach, Ventura beach and an hour drive to Santa Barbara. Our family like it here.
