St. Charles Oaks Apartments

The newly remodeled apts/townhomes are very nice but the old apts need a complete redo. Since that is not likely if occupied, at least change the door hardware to match the remodeled door handles, locks etc. The exterior wood needs a complete overhaul as well as the doors. The paint is peeling, the doors are rotting at the bottom and the entire appearance is looking run down and not well maintained. The mulch placed in front of the townhomes after ivy was removed, is now looking sparse as most has been blown away by the gardeners and the elements. Maybe there is an alternative to the mulch? Some greenery perhaps? Overall, I don't feel the property is as well cared for as it was when I first moved in. I take pride in my home and strive to maintain it, but it is sorely in need of maintenance. The area around the dumpster is just plain gross. Please send out a message if your screen needs to be replaced to put in a work order and not just tape it up. What an eyesore.

long time resident. Maintenance of property has greatly deteriorated. Trim around doors and building is peeling, cracking. In some cases wood actually rotting. Gardeners continue to use blowers to merely clear off pathways and blow tree trimmings into ivy (townhome areas). Leaves are being left on hilly area in front of buildings. Buildings in need of painting to update property and give a well maintained look. Some apt have new door handles, new windows and some do not which makes apt complex look sloppy. All doors handles and window frames should be the same. If you cant change all the outdated windows at least change the door locks. Some front doors are in a complete state of disrepair (bottom of door especially) and would look much better painted a tan beige than the current pink beige.
