Maintenance staff is excellent. There is an extreme amount of dust in our apartment, despite the HVAC system being checked out. Perhaps this due to the apartment being located on TO Blvd, and also being close to the 101 freeway. We had a neighbor below us with an audio system that had strong bass; the bass resonated with the building, creating rhythmic booming that frequently disturbed from early evening through bedtime. The loudness of the audio system was not enough to cause management to require a reduced volume, but if you are sensitive to constant low-level booming from a neighbor's audio system, you may have a problem with this place. Office staff is courteous and generally responsive. We have had issues with packages not being delivered to our Parcel Pending box and rather being put on the mailroom floor or left at our front door. Apartments facing the pool also get some noise from the poolside-audio system when tenants turn it up too high or when they start yelling or screaming too loudly.
