Great Location and Unit

I have lived here since 2020. The apartment is the nicest I have ever lived in. Maintenance staff is always available and super nice. The updated pool has been such a blast for my toddler. I wish they put in a small play set instead of two dog parks but overall a beautiful place to live and just a mile away from my work.

Beautiful and convenient location, but security is subpar

We love the wodneful amenities and how great rhe area looks. It is so well maintained and the maintainence is very supportive. The only problem would be the parking on the street - some cars are parked too far apart so others cant fit. Also the level of safety we feel. There have been some routy kids at rhe pool, gym, and fireplace late at night. Sometimes it will go past 10PM where they are screaming. There is also graffiti eveywhere that has not been painted over.

Hard to find better for the price!

Its comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful for the most part. Maintenance is great! Hard to find a better value out there currently..which is sad. One issue is you can hear the people upstairs if you live downstairs.
