Finally!

We really wanted to move back to the Conejo Valley, but did not fancy any of the rentals in the area. Then we read about 1710 on the Blvd opening in early 2021! Brand new? With 3 level townhomes?!? This is the first mixed use development to open in the area, and it does not disappoint. The exterior is gorgeous, the interiors are modern, bright & well appointed. The appliances are surprisingly higher end for an apartment. With only 36 units, it is a quaint community—and there are so many different layouts—even live/work! We love our townhome style unit—it has a ground level patio that is larger than any patio I’ve ever seen, and a large 2nd level balcony. The amenities are surprisingly abundant for a small building—there is a spool (pool/spa), bbqs, outdoor fireplace, dog run, club room with a pool table, parcel pending lockers & a gym. The building is secure & garage parking is available. The grounds are always clean too. The staff is very friendly & extremely helpful —Lea is the best.
