Selective rule enforcement

Rules dont apply to everyone equally. Management goes back on word often so it’s crucial to get them to put everything in writing. Management only takes action when theyre personally effected by whatever the issue is. Few neighbors are friendly, the rest are quiet, uptight and complain about everything including stuff not on property. Fair housing … a joke

It’s a pleasant place for singles and couples. I like it’s near the 10 freeway to go to LA and close to Monrovia and Pasadena for night life.
