I appreciate how nice the apartments look after the new paint job.

The place is looking beautiful, except for all the trash that is left outside the apartment building. I've seen mattresses and many different types of furniture just sitting outside for days and weeks at a time.

Rules dont apply to everyone equally. Management goes back on word often so it’s crucial to get them to put everything in writing. Management only takes action when theyre personally effected by whatever the issue is. Few neighbors are friendly, the rest are quiet, uptight and complain about everything including stuff not on property. Fair housing … a joke
