I have really enjoyed living at Foothills Oldtown for the past 4 years. It is close enough to Old Town action to walk there and far enough away to not be bothered by parking or noise. Staff has always been super nice and accommodating whenever I had questions or requests. Maintenance is the best I've ever dealt with, they fix your problems immediately and are constantly doing routine facility maintenance on top of that. Overall I would recommend anyone to live here if it is in their budget. The landlords have also been understanding and haven't gouged me too bad on raising rent costs during COVID

Pet Friendly/Beautifully Maintained

I love everything except the weird sewage smell that creeps around at night. The jacuzzi has been a drama this year. All staff are exceptional.

Foothills at Old Town Apartments is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one refundable deposit of $300 due at move-in for 1 or 2 pets. Pet rent of $30 a month for 1 or 2 pets.
