The apartments are all large and the "extras" are outstanding. What "extras" you say? Well here is the list:  a pool, a recreation room, an exercise room and best of all a community garden.

OK but needs work

El mirador has a lot of potential but in the past few months the maintenance of the property has gotten bad. Floors need to be washed outside due to cherry tree dropping fruit. Laundry should be wiped down daily. Need more washers and dryers. 3 washers (when they work) and two dryers (if they're working) are not enough. Also the door that leads out to the parking lot should be completely removed. A key code pad is ground zero for COVID, this security system should be replaced with cameras. The units should also have free carpet cleaning ever so often. Kitchens appliances should also be upgraded at least every 10 years. The garden space is nice to have. Brings neghbors closer, we share fruits and veggies, the parking is good. Responsive property manager. maintenance man is ok, nice to have the pool when we can use it. the conference party room looks great now that it's been renovated. Overall we enjoy living here and are thankful for how much we pay.
