Its a very relaxed place though washing machines break and ruin a lot of clothes and many homeless in surrounding area, pool on fairnoaks side has black mold growing and hasnt been rid of it in years.

Have lived here for six years. The value compared to other apartments in Sunnyvale is not bad. Management has always been responsive. But there is a lot of noise from Fair Oaks and the surrounding area.
