Sunland Park Apartments II

There's no parking for guest, also the only Amenity is a pool, laundry is too expensive specifically drying.

Did not wait to raise rent as soon as it was available. Residents pay for everything including all the trash water sewer and electric and gas for the complex.

Nice little area! There's a park super close, and the pool is great for kids in the summer :) There's not a whole lot around the area though in terms of good eats or bars, which is great for some peace and quiet I suppose :D

This place is in a wonderful spot :) It's next to a park and has a pool, so quite good for kids. I would like if the laundry services could take a card of some sort though, rounding up quarters is a pain sometimes lol. I also hope they install an electric car charger somewhere, that would be super convenient! But with the minor inconveniences aside, the property is well maintained and the value is definitely here :)

It’s has been nice, I love that maintenance issues are taking care of pretty quickly, it’s quiet, it’s kept clean. One of the down fall is that there is no parking for guest which makes it’s kind of difficult to have company.

There is assigned parking but no quest parking, Everything is OK but the management is making the place a bland apartment complex. When you com in it does not feel like a place that people want to live in. NO personality. No outside decoration chairs and such are allowed. Not a place to call home. The one thing that this place has going for it is that there is no pet rent.
