Ridiculous rent increase

The property itself is a decent place to live. The staff are all very friendly. Hilda in the office is very helpful and sweet. My biggest issue is the recent 10% rent increase. In what world does it seem ok to raise a households rent by 10% with no increase to our household income and inflation hitting everyone hard. Especially right as the holidays hit. We live in the real world, where living pay check to paycheck is the norm. In my opinion this rent increase on the entire apartment complex has left us no choice but to feel like theres greed behind it.

Bang For Your Buck

You can hardly go anywhere and find a 4 bedroom at this rate. It's hard finding a 4 bedroom apartment too. I have been taken good care of by management. No major complaints here yet. Thanks.

We need cameras

I think it's very important to have cameras in the building so people can stop throwing trash all over the place and would stop letting their dogs pee or poop on the hallways and stairs.

I'm Happy

I am grateful to be here with my son and grandsons. I have been taking good care of here. I sleep comfortable at night, when needed maintenance is quick to service. The office staff is generous and courteous when conversing with me. I feel welcomed. Thank you

The apartment staff are really nice and helpful. My biggest complaint here would be the washrooms. Besides the fact that there’s only two per flier. The washers are old and outdated. They’re never in service and when they are they don’t wash well. The paying system was upgraded but it’s laughable that the washers haven’t been since I’ve moved in. Over 7 years ago and they weren’t good then either. Also the gym. It’s advertised but none of the equipment works. It was such a great amenity to these apartments. I wish they’d fix the equipment. It was a safe place to work out with out leaving the apartments. Other than that, the staff and maintenance workers are always nice and helpful.
