Amenities should be open later to tenants we pay a lot of money to now be told we can only enjoy the roof till 10 PM. Not what I was sold. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and staff is great! Always issues with parking garage gates.

Very easy onboarding team. Facilities look great, hoping the management staff can upkeep and hold tenants accountable to maintaining the building. Partner VRV facilities down the street already look a bit worn down.
