We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Some of the residents can't control their pets and let their dogs pee in the elevator. Outside noise is kept at a minimum although when the downstairs neighbor turns up their speakers it reverberates in my unit. There used to be more community activities to get to know each other, I miss that. There's only one charger for EVs which is always being used.

I have lived here 1 year. Maintenance is awesome. Amenities and location are pretty good. Main complaint is building management, some of whom are helpful but others have been rude and made me feel unwelcomed.

I am very happy living here. My only complaint would be having the opportunity to rent out an additional parking spot. While I rent a 1b1b 2 people in my household drive
