What more can you ask for with affordable living?.. Managment has come and gone but right now we have a wonderful new manger whom everyone seems to love, myself included! Maintenance is great, they provide bulbs and new air filters etc. parking is fine now that they have assigned spaces, the prior nightmare isn’t missed! It’s Tahoe so there are a bunch of bike trails and hiking nearby as well as heavenly a stones throw up the road! They have fully equipped laundry rooms a computer room and “club house” area where you can hold events upon reservation. The Aspens is located near ski run on pioneer trail neighboring the fire station but the noise could be A LOT worse! In fact in my old place it WAS! Here the buildings are well insulated. Although you can hear your neighbors sometimes I’d say all in all it’s a great place to live. There are other options in Tahoe but I hope WE never have to move!

People always park in my spot, even on snow storms Could use better snow removal services, plows don’t come often enough
