I’ve had a great experience living at The Aspens South Coast. It’s a very peaceful place to live, with lots of beautiful greenery throughout the community that makes it feel calm and welcoming. The amenities are excellent and well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable and relaxing. One of the things I appreciate most is how the neighbors genuinely care about each other, which creates a strong sense of community. The staff and management team work hard to maintain the property and clearly care about the residents, which really shows in how well everything is kept.

Maintenance concerns are addressed immediately. Staff is wonderful! I moved from Irvine and saved $1300 a month. Close to shopping malls. Groceries. I rarely use my car now. Garaged.

Landscaping needs some serious help.. the creeks need someone to clean them.. & all the massive trrea that keep breaking & falling on cars & garages I've been asking to be trimmed for 4 years now & still never happened & It's Literally dangerous now.
