Beautiful grounds, great location, nice sized apartments. Lots of problems with the elevator. Wheelchair access is non-existent, no recycle program, lots of problems with parking availability. They have a great onsite manager and a great person handling rent payments. Their maintenance technicians are very nice but they are limited as to what they are allowed to do to help. We are always having problems with the plumbing and leaks. Their Manager of Maintenance tickets is rude to everyone!

A wonderful building and great maintenance but not much parking on the street; very inconvenient. If you have a two bedroom apartment, the leasing office will only provide one parking spot.
