This used to be a lovely quiet place to live. While I still think my apartment is great, the staff is wonderful maintnance is excelent. Thanks I am disappointed in the number of dogs that now live here. Especially one down in the corner that barks a lot. Also sad for the lack of color in the foliage. Green and white and green and white are not really colors.. Love the red doors that are left. at least there's a little pop. The all white lounge looks like a dentist office. The wallpaper that used to be up was nice. It had a warm feeling to it Folks will want to live here for the size of the apartments. They probably won't even notice the rest. Furniture out by the pool is very nice. I cannot understand how somebody can take furniture away before they have something to replace it. It makes a place feel very barren.

I just celebrated my 10th anniversary living here at Fulton Ter., Apartments. I knew that when I found this place 10 years ago that I was never leading until I had to carry me out LOL. I have gotten to know many of my neighbors and they're very nice. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. And the maintenance people take pride in what they do. Of course it also helps at his rent controlled, the almost daily cleaning staff keeps things Smart and bright. Very lucky I live on the inside court and so I hear no street noise. I also feel very safe. There are cameras around the property and in the garage. I never have to worry about my car being stolen because you could follow someone in but then you couldn't get out without having the clicker
