Woodman Bruin Apartments

I don’t even know where to start. The manager is unresponsive, and necessary repairs are ignored while unnecessary ones get done. Notices are constantly posted on the door claiming we owe money, but there’s never any explanation of what exactly is owed. The parking cover leaks when it rains, the walkways are slippery, and the carpets are over 15 years old. The list goes on. I can’t imagine anyone paying $2,500+ to move into an apartment that’s just overpriced, gold-painted junk

I love ny apartment and the location. I have lived here my whole adult life. The location is amazing and the space is beautiful. However, the lack of management is so frustrating. They used to come and power wash the building. Now its covered in dirt and spiderwebs. Its impossible to communicate with anyone for maitainance and everyone is so rude when you do get ahold of them.

I have lived in this unit for about 10 years and I have watched each new management company neglect a once beautiful building. The roof is falling apart, the building is filthy, cobwebs galore, and the paint jobs are lackluster at best. No maintenance request ever get fullfilled till months later. I havent had a working oven for almost 2 months. The building claims to have seciruty cameras, it does not. I love my apartment so much, I wish the owners took more pride in this building and treated their tenents with more respect. Especially since Ive never missed a rent payment and have been a respectful tenet since 2013.
