Quiet, Nice Community, Good location
Things here are quiet for the most part except during school hours when the high school kids are getting out. A lot of people seem to be very trustworthy in the area which gives us the feeling that we’re safe which is very different then where we came from. Everyone in the community is very nice and its good to be able to walk by someone and them greet you. I would say the downfall to living here is no central ac and the parking situation/rules but other than that things have been going relatively well. Our house feels nice and cozy at night when it starts to get a little chilly and im excited for the winter time. There’s alot to do in this city and we’re only 25 minutes from the beach which makes it even more enjoyable when family visits. Convenience to shopping for groceries/clothes/essentials is also in a great area.

I love all the amenities that this apartment complex has. Plus they are all super friendly and helpful in the office.
Santee Villas
We moved in March of this year and there arr a few things that can be fixed the washer and dryer need to be upgraded. The cleaning service before moving into the apartment needs to be improved the cabinets in my apartment were a mess from the outskde very sticky. The community grills need to fixed, the community sitting area outside needs to be cleaned. The parking should be lowered in price due to the fact that there is no covered parking and parking rules are strict which is odd. But other than that staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The apartment grounds are maintained. The apartments are not noisy calm and quiet.
