So far everything is amazing, Dale helps us so much.

Living here was a godsend. Dale, the property manager met me where I was. It was a natural atart to what has become a place I call home. While thetr are times i wish fir more amenities, I’m reminded how comfortable I am residing in a spacious and relatively quiet apartment complex. Maintenance is always on point and having the great neighbors is a plus.

Our apartment is located pretty central to everything around we can walk our kids between two rather large parks. Plenty of space in the units we moved two houses into one here and hardly had to store any items. Only thing we wish was more of would be parking each unit gets one assigned space and after that its trying to get the few resident spots available granted there is physically no space available to add parking it just would be nice since the average family is a two car household.

This place is big for a three bedroom and the complex is very clean! Management is wonderful and always gets things done in a timely manner.

To many people race their loud cars up the street

Carlton Oaks is a very pleasant place to live. The management team is great. They really take care of you.
