Relatively new resident here, and so far we are pretty satisfied. Rent seems a little high, especially for the area it's in, but management is helpful, and maintenance overall has been quick.

Would Recommend

I have only lived here for a few months. Nice outside space and quick maintenance. You give up a little in terms of value when it comes to things like fixtures, but for the price point it's nothing to complain about honestly. Gated. Would definitely recommend compared to other properties in the area.
