It's a nice gated community where families feel safe enough to let their kids play on the sidewalks all the time. The sound proofing in the walls is quite impressive and I rarely hear our neighbors. Super clean environment and responsive landlord. Plenty of parking. Good amenities. We've had packages left out for over 24 hours and they were never stolen. It's got a walking path that goes to a park just a couple blocks away. There's really only two downsides. The place is right next to a drainage stream where homeless like to squat occasionally. It makes leaving the window open at night, to cool down your room, a bit of a gamble. Will it be a silent night? Or will a hobo start loudly rambling in the middle of the night? I've heard some really weird things in the middle of the night with the gully just outside my apartment. There is also a street close by where drag races happen almost weekly in the mornings or evenings. It can get obnoxious but it's tolerable. Overall, this has been a fantastic place for my wife and I. I do recommend this for anyone even a small family.
