I've lived here for nearly 13 years and since this sold to a corporation and hired a management company - Beach Front Property Management is the worst. Rent keeps on getting higher and the quality of the building is declining. There is a water fountain that hasn't been fixed in three years and they clearly don't want to spend the money to fix it.

Great location! But lots of disturbance with homeless population in the back alley. Building is old, so isolation from neighbors is not ideal (we hear everything! - Ceiling and walls vibrate when tenants run washers/dryers). As for management, it is extremely hard to get in touch and get anything done! Except for urgent matters such as plumbing, and even that. We still don't have a code box system at the building's gates, which is very inconvenient, especially with all the rain! We've had several management companies taking over one after the other after the original owner's passing and it has not worked well.

The parking spots barely fit a sedan so it's very hard to park in the spaces. The building will also lose track of who has what spaces and continually promise spots to new tenants.
