I enjoy living here. It is just too expensive for what I get. I am close to the road, which is Very noisy and my apartment is tiny for the price I pay. The parking here for visitors is pretty bad. My girlfriend cannot visit me due to the fact she can not ever find street parking and we both are working during the time to get a visitor pass. I was paying for an extra space but when my rent went up I canceled it. I hope with the new parking lot coming in you guys add some visitor spaces and more speed control, but that may not help with all the traffic that comes and goes. My last comment is the gate. When ya'll get it fixed you should inform the tenants and remind them the cost to get a "clicker" or inform people the code to open the gate. When it is closed and people can not get in. It becomes a line of cars at the gate backing up to the street, all of them waiting for that one person to come by and open the gate. Then they all rush in before it closes. It becomes a traffic hazard at that point. All in all, I do enjoy my apartment.
