Ocean Street Apartments provides sixty-three much needed one, two, and three bedroom apartments for families earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI) for Santa Cruz County! Conveniently located, near shopping, grocery, and just blocks from the ocean, this beautiful community will provide wonderful amenities including community laundry rooms, gym, a spacious and active community room featuring a kitchen, lounge and computer room; an outdoor courtyard, bike storage, and children's playground.
