The staff is awesome and helpful. The complex feels safe and is quiet. The parking is extremely limited if you have more than one car or a visitor. My apartment had new appliances and looring, but it still needs an update abd a fresh coat of paint and it was not cleaned before i moved in. The floors and carpets were especially filty.

Folks are being disrespectful and breaking the rules of their leases all the time. Poor enforcement. Except with trivial things like decorating our homes (porches, back patio, windows) etc.
