Very satisfied, comfort and safe. Very happy neighbors, trust worthy and responsible. Well lit, well maintained and reasonable. Beautiful courtyard, landscape and pool area. Quiet amicable respectful. Manager keeps everything in check. Maintenance crew response time very quickly.

I have lived from Pennsylvania to Maui. The security is great, nice and respectful with clean kind neighbors. Always alert manager keeping the property and pool inviting, safe and very friendly. Parking lot , laundry room and mailbox area clean making sure everyone follows the rules. The children are required to follow the rules, have fun and again safe courtyard. I will be here enjoying my home and environment. Well lit at night, able to feel secure, not worrying about your car being stolen or robbed. I am very happy in our home. Friendly responsible neighbors, quiet, compatible and well maintained. Close to shopping, schools, beaches and local events. I love living here as a senior and my grandson has many friends.
