These remodeled units are beautiful. Grounds are well kept, maintenance is reliable and fast. Would give 5 stars if the pool was heated and if we were allowed small grills on our balconies. Walls are very thin and sound travels from one unit to the next very easily. Most apartments offer annual carpet cleaning this one doesn't.

We got 3 months off deal, which is a super plus point. The community is located right on the homestead road which makes it a great location. The amenities include - gym, swimming pool and 1 BBQ. Cleaned every week and maintained well. Cozy community with 39 apartments. The leasing officer is very well informed and is always promt for maintenance, email reminders, etc. Neighbors are really helpful and understanding. Mostly families with kids. grocery stores are close by - at walking distance. Kaiser permanente homestead hospital and pharmacy is 4 mins walk.
